PFS Safety device fixing equipment (Semi-Automatic)

Our equipment is designed, for safe-insertion of PFS into preventis, safety device.

Utility Requirements:

  • UPS Power, 1 Phaase, 230 ± 5V AC
  • Compressed Air – 5 Bar.

Shape of Preventis.

  • Square
  • Round

Entire operation is Semi-Automatic.

  • Is Servo-Controlled using PLC in line with the selected recipe from the screen of the HMI.

To initiate the operation, following is required.

A Suitable Jig with slots for holding 10 Nos. of safety device.
Note: Separate Jig for Square Preventis and Round Preventis

Following operations are to be done manually

  • Placing of safety Device, in the respective slots provided in the Jig
  • Positioning of PFS into Safety Device
  • Arranging of Plunger into the PFS.
  • Keeping the Jig in the destined position, over the equipment.
  • Select Recipe, and initiate semi-automatic fixing operation of safety device.
