Filter Cleaning Equipment

Designed for performing exclusive and combi-functional units for cleaning, drying, combo (clean & drying), Filter integrity testing. It can accommodate both Flange & Box filters. It can handle both atmospheric dust and water-soluble bulk power deposits.

Cleaning and Drying cycle sequence:

1) Air clean (with compressed air)

2) Water wash

3) Hot air drying with blower (either with heater or plant stream as applicable)


Optional supply includes Dust collection unit, Scrubber (customisable for Injectable, OSD,  API, Bulk and Biologics manufacturing facilities.

  • Load and secure filters to holding frame.
  • Close doors; press the start button key,
  • Auto: Air Clean → Water Wash → Hot Air Dry,
  • Unload clean filters at exit end.
  • Electrical: 3 Phase, 415 V ± 10 V, 50 ± 5 Hz
  • Compressed air: 6 Bar
  • Soft water: 60 LPM at 1Bar
  • Plant stream: 2kg/min @ 1 to 1.5 Ba
