Process Description
This equipment is used to mixing for cell suspension, virus inoculum, virus harvest of measles bulk in 20L/50L flex boy bag at 22°C ± 2°C for 4hours.
The Bag shall be mounted on a rocking platform & bag holding tray attached to the base along with lever.
The lever operated through geared motor, creates a gentle rocking motion that includes waves in the cell suspension to giving efficient mixing.
Rocking speed at 10 to 25rpm (Revolutions per minute). Angle of inclination 1 to 15° (Manual adjustment).
