Glove Integrity Tester Equipment

Designed to perform integrity of Hypalon and EPDM gloves. It is suitable for simultaneous and random testing with multi-port (handling 1 to 10 gloves) and multi-size gloves (4” to 10”). Test methodology is Pressure decay. ISO guidelines EN ISO 14644-7 E.5 (Positive Pressure Test).

Applied pressure methodology is Vacuum and Pressure

  • Vacuum: 650 mm Hg
  • Pressure: 750 mm H
  • Loading of samples into testing chamber and closing of the lid are manual operations.
  • Leak testing cycle is Automatic
