Utility Requirements: Power Supply

  • 1 Phase, 230 V ± 10 V, 50 ± 5 Hz.

Counting methodology, adopted is

  • Area Scan

  • Line Scan (For Ampoules)

Counting device 

  • Vision System (COGNEX Camera)

  • SS Trays

  • HDPE Trays (High–density polyethylene trays)

  • Nested Tubs

  • Less than 5 Seconds (Depends on Operator Efficiency in line with the time taken for loading and unloading the tray / tub).
  • Vials-Ampoules-Cartridges collected in respective Trays (or) PFS-Cartridges placed in respective Nested Tubs are positioned.
  •  Inverted / Fallen Vials – Cartridges – Ampoules – PFS
  • Vials without seals / flip-off
  • Cartridges without seals.
  • Vials and Cartridges with damaged seals.
  • Vials and Cartridges sealed without stoppering.
  • Ampoules with cracked/broken tip.
  • Container is not in line with the selected recipe.
  • Fixed Conveyor (At Infeed and Outfeed)
  • Through Belt Conveyor.
